We offer FREE shipping on all orders Australia-wide and across the United Kingdom, no matter where you are.

Every Hansen case is made to order, meaning we take around 2–5 business days to carefully produce your piece before it ships. It’s a more thoughtful approach that helps reduce unnecessary waste while ensuring your order is made especially for you.

To further lower our environmental footprint, orders are printed and fulfilled by trusted production partners closest to your delivery location wherever possible. Less unnecessary travel, less waste and a faster journey to your doorstep.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times are in addition to production times.United Kingdom (Royal Mail) 

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days Australia (Australia Post)

• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

At this stage, we do not offer express shipping.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey all the way to you.

Separate Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the products ordered and where they’re produced. If this happens, don’t worry! The rest of your order is still on its way.
