We hope you and your Hansen case live happily ever after. But if something isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.
To start a return, just email us at hello@hansencases.com with your order number and a quick note on what’s not quite working. We’ll take it from there and guide you to the correct return address based on your location.
How to Start a Return
It’s simple:
Processing Time
- Email us at hello@hansencases.com with your order number
- We’ll check your return is eligible
- We’ll send you the correct return instructions and address
- Pop your item in the post using your preferred carrier, just note return postage is at your own cost
- Once it arrives safely with us, we’ll issue your store credit
Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed once it’s back with our team.
You’ll receive an email when it arrives with us, and again once your store credit has been issued.

We design Hansen pieces to be used, loved and kept in rotation.
Each item is made to order to help reduce waste and minimise our carbon footprint. Every order, and every return, carries a little impact. So we encourage a touch of extra thought before placing your order. Not in a strict way… more in a “future-you opening this with zero regrets” kind of way.
That said, we get it - sometimes it’s just not the one. And when that happens, we’re here to help make it right.
